Right of Cancellation

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, a jewelry purchase in a distance-selling transaction may be canceled from the day the transaction is made until 14 days from the day the item was received or from the day the transaction-details document was received, whichever is later. A person with a disability, a senior citizen, or a new immigrant, as defined by law, may cancel within four months, under the conditions prescribed by law.

The right of cancellation does not apply to a jewelry item made especially for the customer to particular dimensions or special requirements, as detailed in the Terms.

Condition of the Returned Item

The customer is asked not to remove the tag, not to use the item, and to return it in its original packaging together with the accessories and the accompanying certificate. Removal of the tag constitutes prima facie evidence of use and may negate the right of cancellation in accordance with the law.

Refunds

The company will refund the payment and cancel the charge within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice. For a cancellation not due to a defect or non-conformity, the company may charge a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction price or ₪100, whichever is lower. For a cancellation due to a defect, non-conformity, or late delivery — no cancellation fee will be charged, and the company will bear the cost of returning the item in accordance with the law.

A Transaction Concluded in the Presence of a Company Representative

A transaction concluded in the joint physical presence of the customer and a company representative, after the customer examined the item and received the required information, is considered a transaction conducted in the presence of the parties and not a distance-selling transaction, and the right of cancellation in it is subject to the provisions applicable to such a transaction, as detailed in the Terms.

How to Return an Item

For reasons of security and documentation, the manner of returning the item must be coordinated with the company in advance. Where returning the item is the customer's responsibility, responsibility for the item rests with the customer until it is actually received by the company; therefore, an item should be shipped only in suitable packaging and via a secure delivery service that is trackable and includes confirmation of delivery.

Warranty

Every jewelry item carries a commercial warranty for 12 months from the date of its delivery, covering a manufacturing defect in the goldsmithing or setting work, including a failure of a weld or a clasp and the loosening of a setting or the loss of a stone during normal, careful use in accordance with the care instructions. The commercial warranty is in addition to rights that cannot be contracted out of under law.

Exercising the warranty requires presenting proof of purchase and submitting the item for inspection. The warranty does not cover loss of the item, a stone, or a part; normal wear; scratches; damage caused by a blow, a fall, or careless use; or a repair and treatment performed by anyone not acting on the company's behalf.
